Its fitting that i blog thos shot. Seeing that it represents what im doing with my life. Light is so facsenating to me... it blows me away how different you can make something look with one small filiment. Theres literly hundereds of different looks you can achive with one small light source. cool.
i feel like i have to blog this one... its listed on Flickr as my most interesting picture, with the most views, and the most comments. I still cant believe i got this shot. This dog...moves...SO MUCH... its nearly impossible to get a good picture of her. But i was in the right place at the right time, i have 2 shots just before this one, where she is looking sideways, then i called her name, and she snapped her head to me, and click...i got this perfect shot... the look on her face is priceless...its like she things im going to paint her portrait. i love it...
Iv entered it to to Flickr's 100 best. My snail didnt win, so maybe Belle will.
More pics of Belle
SO this is part of my lighting design for Gypsy. One of my favorite moments in the show, when Tulsa and Louise share a moment. I was sad to see Gypsy go, it really was a fanstastic cast, and a fantastic production, not to mention, i was mighty proud of my design, but all good things must come to an end. I got some wonderful pictures for my portfolio, some new friendships, and of course, more experience.
Check out the rest of the set!
i dig this pic cause it has a lot going on. Dark, but visible forground, the trees and leaves, the house in the back, with the fog.... its just very layered. so ...yeah.
So, i guess i just got lucky with this one. I just saw him out of the corner of my eye. Its up for one of Flickr's 100 best...so click the pic and vote me in.
This is one of my favorite shots from the Miquamicut trip... i remember standing on my balcony thinking, 'man, i really like the way that little shard of light its hitting that blacony over there....' the color just came out so wonderfuly contrasted, with the sun setting in the background, and the really nice darkness of the foreground. anyway... i like it... do you?
Somthing about this photo just makes me smile. This is Kara's neice and nephew right after their parents were married. Its so bight and happy, and reminds me of childhood joy, when nothing really mattered and we didnt have a care in the world to worry about.
Well, i figured i'd have one more thing in the ole' AIM profile for people to click on. I decided to make use of Flickr's blog feature, and have a blog for my pics. Ill feature a few every week, or whenever the hell i feel like doing it, and ill make a little comment. I hope this inspires people to check out the full set on Flickr, and maybye sign up for Flickr and have as good a time as im having with it.... anyway...werd.
